Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic research plan that aligns with the institute's mission and goals
• Foster a culture of innovation and inquiry among faculty and students
• Seek and secure research grants, funding opportunities, and collaborations with external organizations
• Assist faculty and researchers in preparing and submitting grant proposals
• Promote responsible conduct of research and address any issues or conflicts that may arise
• Promote research achievements and innovations through conferences, seminars, and publications
• Encourage faculty and students to publish research findings in reputable journals and present at conferences
• Foster collaborations and partnerships with industry and academia to facilitate knowledge exchange and technology transfer
