Annual Sports Day

Dhanalakshmi College of Engineering organized Annual Sports Day on 29.03.2019 in the College Auditorium. The Function was inaugurated by the lighting of the traditional lamp by the Chief Guest, Vijayakumar Yo Mahesh, Tamil Nadu Cricket Board Indian Cricket Player, the Guest of Honour, V M Lakshminarayanan, Senior Manager – HR & Admin, Prothious Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd, the Chairman Dr. V. P. Ramamoorthi, the Chairperson Ms. V. R. Dhanalakshmi, the Principal Dr. S. Suyambazhahan. The Principal, Dr. S. Suyambazhahan welcomed the gathering. The Chief Guest, Vijayakumar Yo Mahesh, Tamil Nadu Cricket Board Indian Cricket Player and the Guest of Honour, V M Lakshminarayanan, Senior Manager – HR & Admin, Prothious Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd addressed the gathering. They gave an insight on the exercises and the importance of sports fitness of the body. The Chairman Dr. V. P. Ramamurthy and Ms. V. R. Dhanalakshmi addressed the gathering with a special address. The Physical Director Mr. Manoj Kumar presented the Annual Sports Report of the academic year 2018-19 and followed by the price distribution. The Function was presided over by Dr. V. P. Ramamurthy, the Chairman and Mrs. V. R. Dhanalakshmi, the Chairperson. The programme ended with the Vote of Thanks by Dr. Nattar Kannan, the Head, Department of Computer Science Engineering and the Programme came to an end with a National Anthem.
