School Reach out Program-Carley School Students visit to DCE, on 10 Oct 2015.

About 150 students from Carley School, Tambaram, Chennai arrived at the campus at around 8:30 a.m. on 10.10.2015 and they went for campus tour guided by the faculties of Dhanalakshmi College of Engineering. The Faculty members from all the departments explained the basic concepts of Engineering in their respective laboratories. After having special lunch, the games were conducted for the students by the Physical Education Department. In the evening, a meeting was arranged in the auditorium. The Principal Dr. C. Ramesh Babu Durai welcomed the gathering. The Chairman Dr. V. P. Ramamurthy, interacted with the students and shared his valuable thoughts on the importance of education and the necessity of right choice in life. Finally, the prizes were distributed for the winners of various games. Next, feedback was collected from the school students. The students gave wonderful feedback about the amazing infrastructure and hospitality of Dhanalakshmi College of Engineering. In addition, the students praised the faculty members for the way they explained the engineering concepts clearly. The visit of the students has broadened their minds and it was a grand success.
