DCE-FDP on power system operation and control, on 16 - 18 Jun 2014

The objective of this FDP is to understand essential concepts in the day-to-day operation of power system and control actions to be implemented on the system to meet the minute-to-minute variation of system load demand. Also, this helps to realize the power frequency dynamics in power system and the control actions to be implemented for maintaining the voltage profile against varying system load.
