Responsibilities

• Monitoring the physical condition of the class rooms, laboratories and other buildings in the college
• Develop a list of tasks to be completed along with the time line
• Maintain a complaint register and action taken report
• Arrange for annual maintenance of the common facilities like the internet, water cooler, RO plant etc.
• Review regularly the status of the routine and minor repairs and renovation
